Appalling service. We ordered and received a repeatedly faulty gate that Ralph has tried to correct previously has faulted again and he has acknowledged this fault.Ralph is now ignoring all forms of communication and Consumer Affairs are involved to resolve and rectify on our behalf.He takes your money (nearly $6K) and hides from his faulty workmanship !!
